During this initial consultation, which typically lasts between 30 to 45 minutes, your travel designer will look closer into your vision. We consider everything from preferred accommodation styles – be it an exclusive beachfront bungalow or a luxury liveaboard – to dietary requirements and activity levels. Our goal is to understand not just what you want to do, but how you want to feel. We aim to present your first draft within 72 hours, a sign of our efficiency and dedication to bringing your vision to life.

Once your preliminary itinerary is ready, you’ll receive a beautifully presented, comprehensive proposal detailing every aspect of your proposed Togean Travel experience. This document is designed to be fully transparent, outlining what is included, what is excluded, and the initial pricing structure. Your proposal will showcase carefully curated luxury accommodations, from eco-chic resorts set discreetly into the landscape to private island retreats offering seclusion.

Our proposals are valid for 14 days, allowing you ample time to review and discuss with your travel designer. A luxury Togean itinerary starts from approximately $4,500 per person for a 7-day journey, reflecting the exclusivity and personalized nature of our offerings. We encourage you to scrutinize every detail and communicate any desired adjustments; our commitment is to refine the plan until it is absolutely perfect for you.

With your personalized itinerary finalized and approved, the next step is to secure your reservation with Togean Travel. To confirm your exclusive journey and lock in your dates, a non-refundable initial deposit is required. This deposit signals your commitment and allows us to begin making definitive arrangements with our luxury partners in the Togean Islands, from securing private villas to chartering boats and confirming expert guides.

Initial deposit. A deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking. This payment is due within 7 days of your formal acceptance of the finalized proposal. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through a secure online payment portal, though please note that credit card payments incur a 2.5% processing fee. Alternatively, you may opt for a direct bank wire transfer, which avoids any processing fees.

Final balance. The remaining 75% of your trip cost, the final balance, is due 90 days prior to your scheduled departure date. We will send you a timely reminder well in advance of this deadline. Should your booking be made less than 90 days before departure, the full payment will be required at the time of booking confirmation.

Approximately 30 days before your scheduled arrival in Indonesia, you will receive a comprehensive digital travel dossier. This meticulously compiled package includes e-tickets for all domestic flights and private transfers, detailed vouchers for your luxury accommodations, and a precise daily itinerary outlining every curated experience, from private snorkeling excursions to cultural encounters.

Your dossier will also contain vital contact information for your dedicated local concierge team, available 24/7 during your trip. We include a carefully considered packing list, tailored to the Togean climate and activities, along with insightful cultural notes. To further enhance your preparation, we schedule a personalized pre-departure briefing call approximately 14 days before you leave.

As your departure date approaches, Togean Travel ensures you are fully equipped with all the practical information needed for a smooth and enjoyable journey to Indonesia. For most nationalities, a 30-day visa-on-arrival is available for stays in Indonesia. However, it is always prudent to check the latest visa requirements specific to your nationality well in advance of travel. Vaccinations are another important aspect; consult your healthcare provider regarding recommended immunizations and any necessary prophylactic medications for tropical regions.

Regarding currency, the local tender is the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
