Our own operations are backed by extensive liability insurance. The nearest medical clinic is situated approximately 2 hours by speedboat from our primary operational hub, with a larger regional hospital located 4 hours away in Ampana, offering more advanced care. In critical situations, we have established partnerships with air ambulance services, capable of reaching the Togean Islands within 6–8 hours for urgent medical transfers. Our vessels are equipped with satellite communication devices, ensuring constant connectivity even in areas with limited mobile reception.

We operate under a meticulously detailed set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a wide spectrum of potential scenarios, ranging from medical emergencies and adverse weather conditions to lost diver protocols and transportation disruptions. We currently maintain partnerships with only 12 carefully selected local operators, representing less than 15% of all available providers in the region.

Land transfers are conducted using modern, air-conditioned vehicles no older than 5 years, driven by experienced, licensed chauffeurs who undergo annual defensive driving courses. For sea transfers, our speedboats are chosen for their reliability, comfort, and adherence to stringent safety standards, equipped with all necessary life-saving equipment, including life jackets for every passenger, flares, and first aid kits. Each vessel is captained by a fully certified local mariner with an average of 10–15 years experience understanding the specific waters of Tomini Bay.
